Mission Statement
Our clients don’t deal with fresh young project managers.
That is, the principle handles all aspects of the
project…field supervision, project management, estimating, soup to
nuts. You’re provided
consistent decisions that are logical and seen through the eyes of
40 years of experience on the spot.
If I need to talk to a President if an answer is not
acceptable, it takes place right now.
There is no chain of command.
By doing this, I’m able to concentrate on one project in its
entirety. What
subcontractors and architects associated on these projects must
understand is that no longer do they deal in weeks or days but hours
and minutes for critical items as they are identified daily.
The cost is that from time to time I must turn work away.
The fruits of superbly run work and delighted clients are
well worth it.
I’ve worked recently for Ted Bulthaup’s Hollywood Palms and
Hollywood Boulevard Theatres.
They have a unique dinner and show concept and are quite
complex to build, like no other movie theatre you’ve attended.
Their $6,000,000 Naperville
facility was projected to take 14 months.
It was operating 8 months after start.
The prior year I completed a $3,000,000 addition in Woodridge
in six months. Both were
finished vastly under budget.
